If you make the decision to faithfully and functionally use your God given Seco d Amendment right to carry a firearm for self defense, then this is the basic course that you need. 
If covers basic functionality and maintenance of your firearm. The mindset to use said firearm and the actions to take after using said firearm in a defensive posture. 
The course covers 1 hour of classroom instruction and then 4 hours of physical implementation/training with your firearm.
